Bruce’s New Joiner Offer – 50% OFF Bruce’s Doggy Day Care for New Customers in August at Select Centres Only. 

1. The promoter is: Bruce’s Pet Care Ltd (company no. 07602894) 
2. The “50% Off Doggy Day Care” offer is valid for new doggy day care customers at participating Bruce’s centres during the month of August 2023.
3. The participating Bruce’s centres for this promotion are: Tunbridge Wells, Wellington Country Park, Country Hills, Cookham, Cobham and Solihull.
4. The 50% discount will be applied to the regular doggy day care service fees for the month of August 2023 only. Services utilised before or after this period will be subject to Bruce’s regular rates.
5. To be eligible for this offer, new customers must set up a regular service of a minimum one full day per week.
6. To be eligible for this offer, new customers must book and pay for doggy day care services exclusively for dates falling within the month of August 2023. Bookings outside of this period will not qualify for the discount.
7. A minimum commitment period of three (3) consecutive months is required for customers joining on the 50% discount during August 2023. 
8. During the commitment period, customers will be charged the regular, non-discounted rate for doggy day care services during the months of September and October 2023.
9. If the customer discontinues their regular service before the completion of the three-month commitment period, Bruce’s reserves the right to charge the customer the difference between the discounted amount received and the regular service fees for August 2023.
10. The offer is valid for new customers only who have not previously used Bruce’s.
11. The offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise Bruce’s.
12. The offer is applicable only to the doggy day care service and does not apply to other services offered by Bruce’s, including the doggy bus, dog training, dog grooming or sleepover and pet sitting services.
13. By participating in the offer, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
14. Current customers of Bruce’s are not eligible to participate in this offer.
15. Past customers who have previously used Bruce’s doggy day care services are also excluded from this offer.
16. This offer is subject to availability. 
17. Bruce’s reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the offer will be communicated on our website and through relevant communication channels.
18. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and holds no cash value.
19. By a) enrolling a dog with or b) permitting a dog to attend or c) accepting the Services of Bruce’s and its staff, the Client is deemed to have accepted Bruce’s Terms and Conditions.
