Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: Bruce’s Pet Care Ltd (company no. 07602894) 
2. The Refer a FURiend Scheme (“the Scheme”) is open to all current clients (“Referrers”) of Bruce’s Cobham, Surrey Hills, Country Hills, Wellington Country Park, Woodcote Green, Cookham, Solihull and Battlers Green Farm only.
3. To qualify for the Scheme, the Referrer must refer a new client (“Referred Friend”) to Bruce’s, who must then sign up to a regular day care service for a minimum of two months.
4. To participate, the Referrer can send the referral link across to the Referred Friend who can then complete the referral form with their details.
5. Referrals must be made prior to the Referred Friend signing up for Bruce’s.
6. After the Referred Friend has been enrolled at Bruce’s for a minimum of two months, both the Referrer and the Referred Friend will be entitled to receive a discount of £100 each from their next bill.
7. The reward cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
8. There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make. Each successful referral meeting the eligibility criteria will result in the issuance of a separate reward for both the Referrer and the Referred Friend.
9. The reward is non-transferable and can only be applied to the accounts of the Referrer and the Referred Friend who were directly involved in the referral process.
10. Employees are not eligible to participate in the Scheme.
11. Bruce’s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend Scheme, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
12. After one month of enrolment, Bruce’s requires one month’s notice of cancellation. The Client agrees to provide such notice or pay the amount that would be due during this notice period. The Client may cancel with notice at any time; there is no minimum term of contract. 
13. By a) enrolling a dog with or b) permitting a dog to attend or c) accepting the Services of  Bruce’s and its staff, the Client is deemed to have accepted Bruce’s Terms and Conditions.
