How are my day care fees calculated?
Day care fees are calculated based on the 51 weeks a year that Bruce’s is open, averaged into 12 monthly payments, i.e. each invoice is for 4.25 weeks.
How are my bus fees calculated?
Bus fees are calculated in the same way as day care fees, i.e. based on the 51 weeks a year that Bruce’s is open, averaged into 12 monthly payments, i.e. each invoice is for 4.25 weeks.
Will I be charged for bank holidays?
Bruce’s is closed on bank holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year. Swap days are not available for the period between Christmas and New Year, Bruce’s fees are calculated over 51 weeks of the year to take into account this closed period.

No, Bruce’s fees are calculated over 51 weeks of the year to take into account this closed period.
If I cancel my day do I still pay?
As we operate a fixed monthly fee system you are still required to pay for your space if you do not attend however if you are eligible to swap your days you may do so subject to availability as long as advance notice is given.
If I cancel my day do I still pay for the bus?
Our bus fees operate just the same as day care so if you can’t attend you will still need to pay for your space on the bus.
