Having secured private equity investment, Bruce’s is poised to take advantage of their lead and expand to create a national group of dog day care nurseries.

Key responsibilities:

• Daily Operational and logistical management and of the Bruce’s Doggy Day Care Centre.
• Maintain exceptional customer experience and bookings through our online CRM software.
• Managing, engaging and motivating your team on a daily basis.
• Support the General manager within the area and take on area responsibilities to support other centres as and when needed.
• Support, endorse and govern the Centre in accordance with the Bruce’s Difference; Fluent in Dog, Enrich Every Dog, Celebrate Friendships and Bow Wow Factor.
• Work closely with the General Manager and other Centre managers to ensure consistency and growth of the business.
• Dog Welfare and engagement.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience managing centre budgets and P&L’s
• Experience managing a team
• Experience working with dogs preferred.
• Excellent problem solving
• Can do and proactive attitude
• Preferred Level 3 Caine Care, Welfare and Behaviour or equivalent
