Over the last week our dogs were treated to a special Easter surprise. Bruce the Bunny hid scented eggs across the centre and our dogs had the chance to use their super noses to sniff them out!

As some of you may know, our very own Bruce sits on the board of directors for the Pet Industry Federation (PIF) where he plays an active part in helping to shape the future of dog day care and improving welfare standards.
This year we were proud to have Bruce, plus Louise Head of Enrichment and Ben Operations Director all be invited to take part and share their expertise as leaders in their field!
Bruce used his decade of experience in managing day cares to share the key ingredients in creating a safe, happy and enriching environment.
Louise shared the importance of rest breaks and downtime at day care.
Finally Ben shared best practice in a roundtable discussion on dog theft. Great job guys!

This month we caught up with Superstar Letichia who joined Bruce’s back in 2012 as a carer and is now a fantastic member of our Doggy Enrolment Team.
Which breed of dog best describes you and why? A Sealyham Terrier, friendly but also fearless!
What do you love most working here? The dogs! I also love how Bruce’s has changed over the years & we are continually learning & adapting to the dogs needs.
What’s your favourite scooby-snack? Does a Wagamama’s katsu curry count as a scooby snack?
What’s your favourite dog film? I love “A Dogs Purpose” but be warned it’s a tear-jerker.
What do you like doing outside of work? I love walking and exploring new places with my family and my dogs.
Luna the Bichon shared her heartwarming tale with Real People Magazine this month sharing how her confidence grew since she joined the Bruce’s family in 2019. Luna now has a queue of dogs lining up for her pawtograph at day care!
