Our drivers keep up to date notes to ensure we know exactly how your dog likes to travel, whether that’s a treat on arrival; or their favourite toy.

All of our doggy buses are equipped with live tracking and driving statistics, we monitor these closely to ensure we are masters at driving for comfort.

Our live check in and out software means you will always know where your dog is for peace of mind, straight to your app or via email.

Will it always be the same driver?
Our dogs and drivers build fabulous friendships at Bruce’s. That is why your dog will always have the same dedicated friendly doggy chauffeur unless they are putting their paws up on holiday. In this case, your dog will be picked up and dropped off by one of our experienced cover drivers. Any changes to your dogs driver will be communicated with you.

Is there air-conditioning in the doggy bus? 
Yes! Our doggy buses are fully climate controlled. We have air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter. To see all the fido features of our doggy busses, see our video here!

What do you do if we are not at home for the driver?
Don’t worry, you don’t need to be home for the doggy bus! Our drivers are fully DBS checked and can hold keys to your home and follow any instructions set by yourselves. Nothing is too much trouble for our drivers!
